Brief Answer:
It is an Anal Fissure.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Since when is this problem? Is this the first time it has happened?
Most likely you have an Anal Fissure. It is a small cut at the Anal opening and mostly happens due to Constipation when hard stools pass out of there or due to some injury to that area.
You will need to apply Lignocaine ointment 3 to 4 times a day and use Sitz bath. Just warm some water and place it in a broad based vessel and sit in it for 15 to 20 mins two to three times a day. This will give u a lot of relief.
Most important is to avoid constipation for the next two to three weeks. You can use Syrup Lactulose 20ml at night and/or Isabgol husk 1 packet at night.
you should also get examined by a Surgeon to confirm the fissure. The problem should get relieved in a few days. Do not worry.
Take care and do let me know if there are other queries on this issue.

Brief Answer:
It is probably a Fissure, but could also be a Perianal Hematoma.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for the reply.
It still seems to be a Fissure in ano. You have not told me whether you had constipation or a bout of hard stools before these problems started? Please get yourself examined by a Surgeon who can confirm that it is a Fissure. It could also be a Perianal Hematoma or an Abscess. Therefore it is important to get examined. Without examining you it would be difficult to comment with certainty as to the diagnosis.
Take care and feel free to ask any questions about this.
