Brief Answer: Likely to be Cushing's. Detailed Answer: Hello, Thanks for trusting us with your health concern. The symptoms that you have with raised BP and heart rate with raised cortisol levels are all indicative of hormonal problem like Cushing's syndrome. This needs to be confirmed after a direct examination by an endocrinologist and a few blood tests and MRI scan. Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have. Wishing you good health. Regards. Dr. Rakhi Tayal. Brief Answer: Borderline elevated. Detailed Answer: Hello. Thanks for writing again. A cortisol level more than 50 is considered elevated and more than 100 is suggestive of Cushing's syndrome. An overall evaluation is indicated. Hope my answer is helpful. If you do not have any clarifications, you can close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you good health. Regards
