Brief Answer:
I need to go through the ultrasound report.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I am sorry to know about the situation. I understand that there are multiple anatomical anomalies in the fetal scan. A tough decision might need to be made whether this pregnancy should be continued or whether you should look forward to another subsequent healthy pregnancy. I would suggest you to upload the fetal ultrasound report so that I can go through the details and explain the situation properly to you. You can do so using the facility on the upper right of this page.

I would await your response.

I do not have the ultrasound report but I will have it in a few days. Doctor I know without the report it is hard to say but is there a surgery that could be done? The heart appears to be half way in and out according to doctor. If you can answer I really thank you for your time.
Do you know what might cause such a thing? Any information is greatly appreciated and I understand this is just a educated guess with out the report.

Brief Answer:
Could be transposition of great vessels. Get an independent second opinion.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back.

It seems that your doctor had mentioned transposition of great vessels wherein the great vessels leaving from the two sides of the heart, are interchanged. If that is the case, surgical interventions are available but it is would carry high risk. As of now be sure to get a repeat fetal echocardiography from some other centre by some other doctor and without any mention of the ultrasond that has been done already. The fetal structures are continuously evolving and there can be subjective difference in the opinions of different doctors. If you produce the reports, the second doctor would automatically get biased and I do not wish this to happen. I just want to make sure that the problem that your doctor has noted, is not something that will get corrected later in the fetal life.

I hope you understand.
