What Are The Symptoms Of Pregnancy?

Question: Hi Doctor. What doies this mean? Small Cystic structure within the endometrial caivty at the fundal region.

I want to know if i am pregnant. Urine pregnancy tests are positive. LMP is 8th Feb 2015. Have taken regestrone 5mg about 2 weeks back and no sign of period yet. my TVS says the following.
Anteverted uterus measuing 75*57*51mm
It shows normal echotexture
Small cystic structure measuring 3.7mm noted within the endometrial cavity at the fundal region.
Endometrial and myometrial echoes normal (ET = 12.2mm)
Right ovary - 39*25*22MM (Vol 12ml)
Left ovary - 42*27*23mm (Vol 14ml)
Both ovaries show multiple peripherally placed follicles with thick echogenic stroma?
Both adnexa appear normal.
No free fluid in cul-de-sac

I want to know if I am possibly pregnant. I took many urine tests, all are negative. Generally i have irregular periods

Sorry Doctor. All urine pregnancy tests so far are negative only. I am unable to currently upload the scan results. Could you possibly help me with whatever info i have given
