Brief Answer:
A general surgeon or a proctologist will help you.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for the query.

I understand that you want to know regarding piles. I will try to explain you as simple as possible.

Piles or Hemorrhoids are usually dilatation of veins in the anal canal. It can be internal piles which are painless and external piles are painful.

The usual symptoms observed in piles are: rectal bleeding usually observed during defecation, pain in the anal region (if external piles), itching in the area. In chronic cases of piles, prolapse outside the anus is observed.

It is usually treated medically with high fibre diet, stool softeners, plenty of water consumption in the initial stages and in chronic stages surgery would be the best choice of treatment.

Piles or hemorrhoids are handled by General Surgeons or Proctologist. You can visit the doctor for evaluation and treatment accordingly.

If you have any specific queries or suffering with any symptoms, you can discuss here and I would try to help you as much as possible.

Regards.
