Aggresive treatment in hospital.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query at the HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

The usual symptoms of acute pancreatitis is abdominal pain which is dull, boring, and steady. The pain is sudden in onset and gradually increases in the upper abdomen, usually in the epigastric region. The pain also radiates directly through the abdomen to the back. Nausea and vomiting are often present along with accompanying anorexia. Patients with severe acute pancreatitis require intensive care and supportive care to decrease inflammation, to limit infection or superinfection, and to identify and treat complications as appropriate. The haemogram, ultrasound, serum amylase and lipase, LFT, KFT and urinalysis are done. Sometimes special imaging technology are needed. The treatment includes fluid resuscitation, nutritional support and antibiotics like imipenem intravenous. Follow up is essential in such cases.
