Brief Answer:
swelling and high BP

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

Swelling over face and legs and high blood pressure are the most common symptoms of kidney disease.

other symptoms are

decrease sleep,
decrease apatite,
vomiting sensation,
low back pain
urinary problems like burning sensation in urine, blood in urine

in ladies menstrual irregularities

breathlessness on exertion- walking, pale face with low hemoglobin levels

beat way to diagnose are the simple tests like urine routine, urine protein creatinine ratio blood hemoglobin level and serum creatinine level. if all these are normal then there is very less chance of any kidney disease.

best wishes
