It looks like some liver disease most probably hepatitis. Meet physician. Antibiotics you are taking will not help in this. You require liver enzymes, vitamin supplements and light diet (less proteins, no animal proteins, more vegetables, plenty of water). Hit a thanks. Regards

Brief Answer:
meet a gastroenterologist

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, welcome to HCM and thanks for choosing us.

Hemangioma is a benign tumour in liver, in majority of people it doesn't cause any problem. It generally remains in same size or grow very slowly. Morever your hemangioma is small size, as you have mentioned, it is less likely to be responsible for this bilirubin levels.

However if there is no other finding which can be held responsible for your symptoms, then hemangioma is the only possibility. You can discuss with gastroenterologist about this. You may require a surgery if this is the only factor responsible for your symptoms and troubling you much. Hemangioma bigger than 10 cm may require surgery.

However I still believe that hepatitis (inflammation of liver cells) is responsible for your illness. It is common disease, can be contracted through food and water, most common cause of raised bilirubin levels, it disturbs your appetite and causes weight loss.

I would advise you to visit a gastroenterologist for investigations and examination. I wish you good health. Please write to me or hcm for follow up queries. Kindly rate this reply. Thanks
