Question: Is the re always some type of bleeding or hidden bleeding with a neoplasm in the bowel such as colorectal cancer?

You are wondering if bleeding is always associated in patients with colon cancer. More than likely there will be microscopic bleeding with a cancer of the colon. If it becomes visible then it would be more than likely another cause like inflammatory bowel disease or hemorrhoids. But with colon cancer there is usually some bleeding.
