I have gone through your question in detail and understand your concern.There will be tingling and numbness of thumb,index, middle and ring fingers continously even on rest. These are moderate to severe symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. Treatment of this is local injection of triamcilone in carpal tunnel and analgesic. Sometimes surgery release of carpal tunnel is required.
