Brief Answer:
Get radiograph to check location

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I went through your query and understood your concerns.

swallowed batteries , first better to take radiograph to check for location of battery. If its in esophagus it needs to be removed. If it has already in stomach usually it will be passed out. But need to watch for any GI symptoms like vomiting, loose stool pain abdomen etc.
I feel better you take radiograph to see location of battery.

Hope I answered your query. Feel free to ask further related query.

Wish you a good health.

Regards
