Brief Answer:
Typically chest pain...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Typically heart attach presents as an acute and severe chest pain commonly located behind the breast bone. Sometimes the pain can radiate to the neck as well as left limb. The pain may follow symptoms of breathing difficulty, perspiration, anxiety and feeling of being doomed.

What I just described above are the typical symptoms. However heart attach may present atypically with just pain. In few cases, especially if he/she is long term diabetic, there may not be any pain at all.

I think I have given you fair amount of details about presentation of heart attack. If you have any thing specific to ask, please let me know.

Regards
