Brief Answer: No MS if RM normal Detailed Answer: Hi, thank you for sharing your questions with us. I think that for your symptoms it would be better to do an electronervography. Anyway about your concern I can assure you that if brain and spine RM are normal, there is no possibility that you have MS. Even your symptoms don't reflect that so you can be sure, you don't have MS. Wish you all the best Dr Eris Ranxha

Brief Answer: Discopathi or poly neuropathy Detailed Answer: Dear, Pain is probably provoked from a little protrusion (known as discopathy) or a root nerve problem which can be explored with Nerve conduction studies. Anyway no one of those symptoms are related with MS. These are minor problem. My advice is to wait, avoid caffein food and drinks! If pain persist you can use pain killer such as ketoprofen or ibuprofen! Be safe, wish you all the best Best regards Dr Eris Ranxha

Brief Answer: Little back protrusion Detailed Answer: Dear You should be happy that all your examination are normal! All your symptoms have only one explanation, little protrusion which compress nerve root that's why you have back issue and pinky toe! I can sure you that all those symptoms aren't related with MS! You can discuss with your doctor about my opinion and if pain persist start using pain killer such as ibuprofen! I wish you good health Best regards Dr Eris Ranxha Neurologist

Brief Answer: Clinical and radiological diagnose Detailed Answer: Dear MS has nothing to do with you. You don't have symptoms leading to MS, no radiological findings leading to it. It is true that there are atypical cases that are difficult to diagnose; but at least the patient should have clinical or radiological approach to MS. Without clinical or radiological evidence we do not arrive at MS diagnosis. Dear you are perfectly healthy Sincerely Dr Eris Ranxha
