What Are The Symptoms Of HIV?
Question: i have done
hiv -1 dna pcr at 19 day;
hiv 1 & 2 antibody rapid eia method,hiv p24 both at 31 day;
vdrl, hsv 1&2 and hbag all three on 38 day.
All were negative.
Exposure was body to body massage,hand job , no oral sex, might penis have penis.
These test are 100%conclusive?Any further testing suggested, if yes,please mention with timing.

Body to body massage, hand job and even penis to penis touching all have negligible risk for HIV/STD.
As far as the test results concerned, it is conclusive that you are free from HIV 1, Syphilis, Hepatitis B, HSV 1 and 2.
If you want to rule out other possibilities also, it is better to have tests for Hepatitis C and another HIV antibody test 12 weeks after the encounter for a conclusive result of HIV 2. P24 antigen test would not have ruled out HIV 2 and Antibody part of test would become conclusive only after the window period for HIV infection (12 weeks).
The prevalence of HIV 2 is less than 1% only. I am sure that those tests also will bring negative result only. Nothing to worry.

it was penis to vagina. i have also done antibody test at 8 weeks....hiv rapid eia....do need again at 12 week....

Window period for HIV is 6-8 weeks only, but sometimes it may get delayed up to 12 weeks. So there might be a possibility of lapse with the test done by 8 weeks. Test after 12 weeks will be more conclusive.
HIV Rapid EIA Test is a good reliable test. No better test is necessary.
Still the chances for HIV/STD through that act is very meager.
