Brief Answer: different symptoms Detailed Answer: HI, thanks for using healthcare magic A heart attack occurs because a part of the heart is not receiving enough blood. It normally occurs in person with a history of angina, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, obesity. The symptoms are: (1) severe chest constant pain, usually in the centre of the chest. This pain is tight , heavy or pressing pain that may sometimes go towards the neck or the left side of the chest (2)shortness of breath (3)palpitations (4)diaphoresis- excess sweating (5)dizziness (6)nausea and vomiting (7)anxiety- persons can experience what is termed- a sense of impending doom If these symptoms occur it is best to go to an emergency department as soon as possible. Treatment would involve 3 main aspects: (1) pain relief (2)restoring blood supply to the part of the heart effected- aspirin and medication to break up the clot (3)reducing the chance of any complications ( there are different types of medications that can be used such as beta blockers, ace inhibitors, l caritine I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
