Brief Answer:
Lymphoid Hypertrophy, PND.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your query.

1. These are symptoms of lymphoid hypertrophy in the throat and a PND (Post Nasal Drip).

2. Regular steam inhalation, anti-allergic medication, nasal steroid sprays, hypertonic saline nasal washes will help.

3. If this persists, a nasal endoscopy and a videolaryngoscopy should be done to rule out any rare cause. Imaging and radiology can also be done. Hearing tests (PTA, Impedance Audiometry) are also recommended.

4. Upload the reports for further treatment options.

I hope that I have answered your query. If you have any more questions I will be available to answer them.

Regards.
