Brief Answer:
Tests

Detailed Answer:
Although the lowest reported glucose value on the result technically meets the threshold for hypoglycemia, understanding this condition and diagnosing it accurately takes considerable expertise typical of an endocrinologist.

So for example, at face value one can label this hypoglycemia but there is a systematic evaluation warranted to conclude if this is meaningful. For example, did you have symptoms at that point of the lowest recorded blood glucose?

If so, has it happened previously anytime where similar symptoms were present along with a similarly low glucose value documented simultaneously? And finally, did raising the glucose back into the normal range lead to improvement in your symptoms

These are just preliminary steps. The matter is a lot more complicated. I strongly encourage you to consult an Endocrinologist in-person.

Cheers, mate. I presented to him initially worries because I was getting the following symptoms: dizziness, tremor; extreme thirst, fatigue, and blurred vision. it'd come on rather abruptly. I take a few medicines, so thought it may have been the Lamotrigine. The doctor then ordered the four hour GTT. I'll have to follow up with the above mentioned tests you have said.

When I had the same symptoms, and after eating, I would feel a whole lot better. I remember at Easter time having sweats, nausea, confusion, and anxiety; occurring a couple hours after ingesting two whole chocolate easter eggs. I felt relieved when I ate a lot of food, and drank several bottles of water; as I was extremely thirsty. Does this give you a better indication?

Detailed Answer:
It provides additional information but we need more. The correct way is to check blood glucose at that very moment and if found to be below 55 mg/dl, then restoring it to normal ie above 70 mg/dl with food is the next step. If this leads to resolution of symptoms then one needs to proceed to a prolonged fast test or a mixed meal test. These are complex matters best handled by Endocrinologists who are specially trained in managing conditions like these.
