Question: Hi dr. Varshney: my energy is so low that I could hardly do anything. I have never been
This tired. Am I suffer from a serious illness? Or I may have chronic fatigue syndrome? Thanks, grace

I feel it's depression

Dear Sir,

As discussed previously, it all looks to me a result of depression. I would highly recommend in this case to seek a Psychiatrist and Psychologist help. They might start you on SSRI like Escitalopram for depression, which would make you fine.

I have seveve depression 10 years ago, I knew at that time I was tired but nothing compare to what I am feeling right now. Now I have motivation and want do stuffs but my energy just prevent me from doing things. I live in california and we don't have the antidepression that you recommended, the closer one is proza. But I am on doxepin now.

Prozac is also a good option and you can discuss with your doctor to prescribe it.
You have to accept that all this is a result of depression only
