Question: Sir,
Recently doctors advised my daughter, 2 years old for using Seroflo inhaler 50. In the last september, 2014, she was admitted to hospital due to vomiting, cough and cold , followed by fast breathing from the chest level. So she was in ICU. Doctor diagnosed the problem as wheeziness bronchitis. Again she was admitted in the month of January 2015 due to wheezines and nose block but not breathing problem, no vomiting like before. This time doctor advised for regular use of seroflo inhaler 50.
Sir, is it a case of asthma ?
What are the effects of using seroflo inhaler 50 in kids below 3 years?

Brief Answer:
Seroflo is safe

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

Seroflo contains Salmeterol ( it's bronchidilator ) and Fluticasone ( Steroid which helps in reduction of airway inflammation ).
Respiratory tract infection is very much common in toddlers and is usually associated with airway hypersensitivity leading to wheezing. Short term use of Seroflo is safe and there is no cause of concern.
