There are a few side effects which i would like you to know about.

First thing is the increased risk of crusting and dryness, which can lead to loss of smell, nasal block and irritation of the nose.

The second one, which is important is called the 'empty nose syndrome'. In this condition the patient experiences recurrent headaches associated with loss of smell and a feeling of dull pain in the nose while breathing . This occurs most commonly after tubinectomies and is a difficult condition to treat.

The third one is the increased risk of bleeding, since you have already undergone 3 previous surgeries.

The 4th one would be the increased risk of adhesion formation, which can again lead to persistent nose block
