Brief Answer:
Prp and stem cell therapy have practically no side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist).

They are absolutely right in discouraging you regarding hair transplant as unlike males with androgenetic alopecia it is not a good option in females with pattern hair loss and gives disappointing results.
Prp and stem cell are good options with practically no side effects and i would myself encourage you to opt for these less invasive remedies (prp and stem cell) along with oral and topical treatment rather than go for hair transplant.

Regards
