Brief Answer: I need further details. Detailed Answer: Dear Friend. Hi , I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern. Vasograin should only be used on "As on when required only" basis ideally. Chronic consumption of vasograin can produce side effects like a common pain killer. However, it is relatively safe . It is very difficult to comment with the available details that the gas problem and water retention is due to Vasograin or not. Give me following information so that i can help you better: 1. Since when are you suffering from migraine? 2. What all medications you have been taking for Migraine and knee pain and since when and at what doses? 3. When did you developed water retention? And where? Feet / Eyes / whole body? 4. Did you develop it following starting of a new medication? If yes which one? 5. Have you ever got yourself investigated? If yes, then please attach the investigations. 6. How is your urine output? 7. Any history of anemia? Revert with the answers of these questions preferably in point wise manner. This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any query you may please ask me. Stay Healthy. Dr Anshul Varshney , MD

Brief Answer: Avoid pain killers. Detailed Answer: Welcome Again. If you had taken Vasograin earlier and you had never developed the swelling, and now you developed it after taking vasograin, then it is unlikely to be due to vasograin. If you have significant and persistent swelling, get your Kidney Function Tests and Liver Function test as you have been taking pain killers very frequently. Acute or Chronic intake of pain killers can cause Acute/Chronic Interstitial Nephritis causing swelling over the body. So, avoid taking any pain killers. I would also suggest you to be sure that it is migraine and if it is take proper treatment for migraine. If you want to discuss about your migraine part, please ask me and also give details of your headache. Stay Healthy.
