Question: am using skinlite from past 3 years . results is very good. now am very good color like red with white. regularly am using skinlite. if i stop using one day i will get red red pimples heavily getting cry .and skin became so thin . if i stop using that i will get red red pimples . can you give me a suggetions. and i want good color as well with out using skinlite

I advise you to stop skinlite for a while say 2-3 weeks.

This period will help your skin to recover the lost nutrients.
