All of the three drugs have additive side effects. The are commonly used for bipolar disorder and or psychosis.
Yes these medicines will upset stomach, affect the intestinal motility greatly leading to building up of gas, diarrhoea and sometimes constipation. The appetite is lost greatly. it would not cause obstruction of bowel but transient recovers after stopping the drugs.
Adrenal fatigue is not common but can cause symptoms of adrenal fatigue like weight gain, irritability, BP fluctuations.
