Detailed Answer:
Hello ! Thank you for using HCM.
I have gone through your question and i can understand your concern .

Since you have been using different statins drugs and the Fluvostatin which is less on the stronger side compared to others ( in this case, the chance of having side effects should be less, compared to other drugs) the only choice is to try to low the dosage and to see if the side effects will disappear.

If it does not work you should change the medication and start other groups that will help to decrease cholesterol level.

All the statins act in the similar way and have also the similar set of side effects.

Here are some other drugs that you can choose :
-Bile acid binding resins (Cholestyramine ,Cholestipol)
-PCSK9 inhibitors : Alirocumab, Evolocumab

Both these group of drugs reduce the risk of myocardial infarction.
-Niacin, may reduce the risk for myocardial infarction and stroke .

I would recommend to do some blood test , 12 lead ECG and to discuss with your treating doctor about the other options .

Hope I have answered your question.
Let me know if you have any further clarifications, I will be glad to help.

Take Care !
Dr Balliu.
