Brief Answer:
Hello not to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to HCM
Thank you for your query
I understand your concern
Side effects of duspatalin are rare
Some of them may be mild and rare like
Constipation
Dizziness
Reduced sleep
Headache tiredness
Skin rash
But are usually not much to worry off and uncommon too.
Also parietal 20 mg is an antacid which is usually very safe however rarely can cause side effects like vitamin deficiency, gastric polyps, some increased susceptibility to gastro intestinal infections. However these are also very rare and not to worry about.
try reducing dose to 10 mg once a day and see how you feel.
Regular exercise, proper eating sleeping time, avoiding stress can help you in long term.
Hope this answers your query
wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.
