Brief Answer:
Allopurinol side effects

Detailed Answer:
Good evening

Thank you for writing on health care magic

Well, the most important thing is not to take the uric acid lowering drugs during the gout attacks whether it is allopurinol or febuxostat. These drugs remove the uric acid from the system and it goes and gets deposited in the joints which worsens the attacks.

Since you have started the medication, continue the same but add Tablet Zycolchine 0.5 mg twice daily. It will prevent further attacks. Ideal approach is to start zycolchine for first 15 days and then to add allopurinol
