Brief Answer:
All due to meds

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

i read your question and i understand your concern. The vertigo and dizziness with all the fatigue symptoms and throwing up are secondary to the medicines of hypertension you are on. Atenolol and chlorthalidone are a poor combination. I suggest shifting to some renal protective and less hazardous agents like Calcium channel blocking amlodipine and ARBs like candesartans, dolmesartans or valsartans.

Its just the medications you are wrongfully put on. Discontinue and replace them with better anti hypertensive agents and there there. You may take some antivert meanwhile to treat the dizziness symptoms.

I hope it helps. take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
