Question: I took 2 pramipexole by mistake before bedtime. My dosage is 0.5 Mg. Should I be concerned about taking the wrong d9sage?

Pramipexole is used most commonly for restless leg syndrome and parkinsons disease.

The maximum dose for restless leg is 0.5 mg but for parkinsons, higher doses are used to achieve the desired result, up to 4.5 mg a day.

This means that though you would normally take 0.5 mg a day as directed by your doctor, some persons require larger doses.

The accidental use of 1 mg, since persons go up to 4.5 mg (even if you do not have parkinsons), should not have any significant effect.
If you remain concerned then you should visit your doctor for an assessment.
