Question: Did nasal irrigation with tap water today without thinking...what are the chances of brain eating ameobas or something else harmful? Please help i am an anxious and nervous wreck

There are no germs in tab water. This is treated water that contains chlorine and that virtually kills all germs including viruses. Brain eating amoeba is found in ponds/lakes and not household water. There is just no reason to be worried about this at this time.
