Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mrs XXXX Hope you are doing well.
Good to hear from you after a long time.
Nothing to worry about this missed dose and just consume same dose at usual time from tomorrow onwards.
Most crucial time of thyroid tablet intake is till 14 weeks as after that even fetal thyroid secretes some amount of hormone.
So nothing to worry and just relax
Take care

Brief Answer:
Take the tablets tomorrow

Detailed Answer:
No dear take it tomorrow only in morning empty stomach. Yes you can very well get the blood test for thyroid which tells the status of last 6 weeks thyroid levels. So all in all nothing to worry about the two missed pills and can be ignored.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
Normal report

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX I have seen the attached report and glad that all is fine.
I had a research project on thyroid in pregnancy for 1 full year so happy to tell you that nothing to worry about it.
This raised free thyroxine is due to missed dose and is of no significance if TSH is normal.
All the best

Brief Answer:
Visit your gynaecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, yes this can be a sign of early labor so in my opinion you need to visit your gynaecologist at the earliest for examination.
Keep a note of baby movements in the meantime.
All the best
