Question: I put 95% isopropyl alcohol 2 drops (swimmer's ear) accidently in my eye. I have lavaged for over an hour but still very red and burning. Can I put Tears Naturale Free (Dextran 70 0.1% and Hypromellose 2910 0.3% in or Thera TGears liquid gel which is sodium carboxy-methylcellulose 1% lubricant in? It's 2am and poison control said hospital wouldn't let me drive home. I'd rather not go to hospital unless my vision is in danger. thanks

Brief Answer:
Lubricant drops

Detailed Answer:
My dear,
Thanks for emailing us your query.
Both these can be put in the eye.Put in Tears naturale every 5 mt 3times and the Put in the gel as that has a longer time of action. Washing was good but now the damage to the outer layer is to be repaired.
Both these drops are to be continued for at least 2todays.
