Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
Firstly, Congratulations on your pregnancy.
The pregnancy needs a special care during the first three months and the last three months to avoid complications.
Go for regular antenatal checkup. Get her blood pressure checked regularly, better rest in the left lateral position while lying down.
Some lifestyle modifications will be helpful for her-
1.) Let her eat fiber XXXXXXX fresh fruits and XXXXXXX leafy vegetables and avoid foods which are not easily digestible and fatty foods
2.) Let her have six small meals instead of 3 large meals
3.) Drink plenty of fluids
4.) Go for regular Brisk walks for 30 to 40 minutes daily.

Avoid sexual intercourse or bumpy, long journeys.
You can get necessary antenatal vitamins prescribed from her gynecologist.
Wishing your wife a beautiful pregnancy and healthy delivery and baby.

Hope this answers your query. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.

Wishing you good health.
