Brief Answer:
Dont worry

Detailed Answer:
Hello...In my opinion..Do Hysterosalpingography on day 8th of period to know the patency of other tube.Do serum Tsh and serum prolactin, then do follicular study to know exact time of ovulation,so that u keep relationship with your husband at that time.Start taking folic acid tablets.Regular visits with your gynecologist.thanks.You can ask if any query.
