Hi friend,
Welcome to Health Care Magic

Regular health check up does not avoid heart problem.
It detects the problem early / it can detect the risk factors...

Increasing age, Male sex and family history are risk factors that can not be modified!
Some risk factors can be modified >
- Smoking / must be stopped
- High blood pressure / if present, must be treated well.
- High cholesterol – especially low-density lipoprotein (LDL or bad cholesterol) and/or a low level of high-density lipoprotein (HDL / good cholesterol) should be watched for and treated...
- Diabetes / if diagnosed, strict control.
- Excess weight / reduce to ideal oe even a bit lower...
- Physical inactivity. .. need regular exercise – at least 30 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week...
- High stress / to be avoided / relaxation techniques and yoga help
[There are a few less common ones like Lipoprotein, Homocysteine and so on... ]

Discuss with your doctor...

Take care
Wishing speedy recovery
God bless
Good luck
