Question: Thanks doctor. Does long ter use of levipil, tegretol or lobazam have any effect on kidneys?

The antiepiletic drugs you are using are safe and do not have any bad effects on your kidneys.
However, the elimination of these drugs may be reduced to some extent in moderate to severe renal disease, hence can give more side effects. Your doctor adjusts (reduces) the dose according to the severity of kidney disease.
