What Are The Findings From The Semen Test Report?
Question: I had gone through semen test on 19/09/2013. Following was the report.
Color : Greyish white
volume : 2 cc
Viscosity : Fairly Viscid
Reaction : Alkaline
Liquefaction occured in 35 minutes
microscopic Ex.
The spermatozoa is adequate. Only 40 % are motile, the rest are dead.
The Morphology of spermatozoa is normal.
1-2 Pus cells present. No RBC seen/ HPF. No Abornal form seen.
Spermatozoa count = 44.8 million/ml. ( Normal >= 40million/ml ).
After this report, i am also taking alopathy medicine along with hamdarad medicines.
They have suggested me
a ) Capsule COF FORTE - 1 CAPSULE
b) TAB CARNITORE -500 MG - 1-1-1 IN DAY.
What U suggest ?
However, sometimes in a day , it seems that main organ is very loose & also some nerves/ muscles are seen.
I have made relation with my wife but still she is not pregnant.
Please apprise for further medicine.

the strength of erection is less under stress but doesnot matter as far as you are able to ejaculate in vagina. your semen exam is almost normal and there could be other factors in delay. pl continue following the instructions given and take the prescribed medication . avoid tight lower clothing smoking alcohol or recreational drugs if any. best wishes
