Brief Answer: possible Kochs? Detailed Answer: Hi XXXX , Swelling of the submandibular gland is often due to infection . The fnac report says that there is possibility of infection also . Now there are several types of infection present but the fnac report indicates strongly towards TB infection . Clinical history and examination will need to co relate with the report . If that's the case then anti TB treatment will need to be started . Its curable .
