Brief Answer:
Role of Honey in Immunity

Detailed Answer:
Dear

Thanks for reverting back. My personal preference will be HONEY, since it is Yogvahi thus it is also used as an 'ANUPAN' [vehicle] along with medicines to improve their efficacy or to mitigate the side effects of the other medicines it is mixed with i.e. it widens its spectrum of action to stimulate body Immune cells. , so can be taken/given along with other ingredients you are taking.

PS. It is an excellent Rasayana [Immunomodualtion] medicine having rejuvenation properties with preventive, promotive and curative effects.
1. .Ashwagandha,Mandukparni,Shatavari,Trikatu,Vacha,Guduchi,are best Immunomdulators, while:
a. Amalaki-Immunity-Tulsi[ORGANIC INDIA]
b. AS-4-CHYAWANPRASH [PRAVEK]
c. Immuwin-Prolife [BalVedics] d. JENAID-A-B [Jainam]
