Brief Answer:
Excessive screaming can cause hoarseness of voice due to vocal cord injury

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX ,
Thanks for the query.

I have read your query and understand your concern.

In my opinion , excessive screaming can cause hoarseness of voice due to vocal cord injury . Make sure she drink water well at regular intervals in between screaming . Excessive screaming can cause more damage when throat is dry .

Ignoring the tantrums and helping a young child learn how to deal with anger is good way to deal with tantrums.

Try to know what things start the tantrums. Knowing the triggering factors can help you to react before the excessive screaming starts .

A child more likely to have temper tantrums if parents react too strongly or give in easily to the child's demands.

Give her break before reacting to child demands . It will give her time to calm down. It also teaches the child that having a temper tantrum is not acceptable behavior.

Hope this information helpful to you .If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
