Question: I went to drink some caffeine-free Pepsi soda and some accidentally went up one nostril. It burns a little bit. Is this serious? Will I be alright????

It is alright to have some liquids inside the nose. It being a carbonated drink will burn for a little while. It suppose it had happened a few minutes back, a small quantity would have gone inside. The burning sensation might persist overnight or a day.
The skin lining the interior of nose has protective mucous membrane. It would not cause permanent damage. Mere blowing out the liquid and washing with water suffices. If the burning is too much then please wash the nose with nasal saline irrigation fluids.
