Brief Answer:
Please provide more information about your concerns.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

I guess by brain cancers you mean benign ones and by brain tumors malignant ones right?

Benign brain tumors include meningioma, acoustic neuroma, grade I astrocytoma, most of the pituitary adenomas, neurocytoma etc.

Malignant brain tumors include high grade astrocytoma, oligodendriglioma, glioblastoma, lymphoma, medulloblastoma, ependymoma, metastatic brain tumors, etc.

If you will provide more information about your concerns, we can help you more accurately in clarifying what you want to know.

Hope I helped you so far

I remain at your disposal for further questions and clarifications.

Greetings.

Brief Answer:
Several cancers may affect only brain.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

There are several cancers that affect only the brain.

A mass in the frontal lobe may be for example a Meningioma.

Meningioma is a benign brain cancer exclusively affecting the brain.

Large plaque of multiple sclerosis also may represent as a mass too.

If you could upload the entire MRI report or, images, I could give you a straightforward answer.

Hope I helped you.

Greetings.
