Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Calcium building in the brain can be physiological(normal).Parkinson's disease can also have calcification in the brain, mainly in basal ganglia but it's not a mandatory feature of the disease and it can't be the basis of diagnosing Parkinson's disease. In fact,Parkinson's disease is diagnosed clinically and not on basis of brain imaging. If we detect calcification in brain,we can't say that it is Parkinson's disease if patient does not have any clinical features of the same.
Fahr disease can also present with calcifications in basal ganglia and dentate nucleus. There can be extensive calcifications in Fahr disease sometimes.

Please upload your CT scan/Brain imaging,so that I can have a look and answer your query better.

Waiting for your follow-up.

Regards
Dr.Ajay Panwar,
MD,DM(Neurology)
