Less chances of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.
THe I pill is more than 95 % effective when taken within 24 hours of unprotected sex, however once you did not take the I pill, so there does exist a chance of pregnancy.
When was your last menstrual period, when did the sexual encounters occur, and when have you taken the pills ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Can you give me a few details ?

Detailed Answer:
NO there is no point in having an abortion pill when you are not sure of your pregnancy.
You have already taken I pill thrice, which will mess up your periods very much.
When was your last period ?
ONce you have your next period, please choose a method of birth control.
I can definitely help you with choosing a method.
Let me know a few things first ?
Are your periods regular ?
What is your age ?
Do you have children ?
Do you have sex regularly or only occasionally ?
Will your partner be okay with condoms or do you prefer another method ?
Do you have any other significant medical issues ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.

My periods are usually regular but i worry this time i might be pregnant , and can you suggest me the name of some birth control which i can start ? I had sex on the fifth day of my period does that reduce the chance of pregnancy ? I am 21 and do not have children but i have sex regularly and that too unprotected because my fiance does not like condoms . To state if i have any medical issues as such i dont think i have any except for asthma . I am facing back pain and lower abdomen pain , is it due to the ipill ?

Brief Answer:
Yes, you can start Femilon

Detailed Answer:
Yes the pain could be due to the I pill.
Unprotected sex on day 5 of period is least likely to result in a pregnancy , do not worry.
YOu can start Femilon pills from day 2 of your next period, but it is best to consult your gynecologist and then start it.
