Brief Answer:
Chance of pregnancy less than 1%.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

During breastfeeding (exclusive), you DON'T get period and it is called Lactational Amenorrhea. It is one type of NATURAL contraception with effectiveness more than 99% against unwanted pregnancy during first 6 months of EBF.

In this case, your chance of pregnancy is quite low or negligible. However, you should undergo one home pregnancy test after 4 weeks (from sexual intercourse date) for confirmation.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

All the best and good luck.

Regards,
Dr S Patra
