Hi,

Thanks for posting your query.

I hope you mean 22 May when she had the last periods. Chances of pregnancy are high during the ovulation time which is the most fertile time of woman and it is usually 10 to 16 days in a normal 28 to 30 days cycle and if both of you had unprotected intercourse(especially during that time) then possibility of pregnancy is high.

If it has been more than a week of her expected date of the period consider getting a beta Blood HCG done for pregnancy determination as it is a confirmatory test and gives accurate results after about 10 days of missed period. Urine HPT can give false results at times if the hormone HCG is not detectable in urine.

Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for taking future course of action depending on the test results. Also while having intercourse consider using contraceptive methods for protection.

Hope this answers your query. I will be available for follow up if any.

Regards.

most of the times we use contraceptives like condoms during sex.
If by mistake semen is ejaculated in vagina then she takes i-pill within 3 days.
the last time she consumed i-pill was on 20th XXXXXXX
since the she has been feeling pain in body specially in waist area.
can there be any other reason of missing periods?
can we use prega-news for test?

Hello,

Thanks again.

If she had taken an I pill within 72 hours of the intercourse then chance of pregnancy is rare. But I pill is not recommended for regular contraceptive use as it contains very high dose of hormone and can disturb the normal cycle. It is also associated with side effects as nausea, vomitting, bodyache, delayed period etc...

Missed periods can be due to various reasons as hormonal fluctuations, stress etc. It might be possible that her periods are delayed due to the pill intake.

Regarding the Prega news it is an Urine HPT test which I have explained that can give inaccurate result at times.

Hope this answers your query.

Wish you a good health.

Take Care.

From 2 days she has been experiencing white discharge.
Should i wait or go for the blood test.
what is the procedure for the test.
what should we do if the test is positive as we are not in the position to get married and have a baby.

Hi,

Thanks again.

White discharge from the vagina is a normal phenomenon and it is increased during ovulation, stress, excitement etc.

If it is associated with any foul odour or changes in colour then it is indicative of infection.

Regarding the test I had explained that beta Blood HCG test can be done after about 10 days of missed period as it gives accurate results then.

You can go to any Pathologist and request for the test.

It would be wise to do a home Urine Pregnancy test at this time. You can buy the Urine pregnancy test kit from a local chemist like Pregna news. Clean Catch Urine sample, preferably Early morning sample, Place 2 to 3 drops of urine on the card provided with the kit. Wait for 2 minutes, If you see Two dark bands in the 'C' and 'T' area, it suggest that you are pregnant. If there appears only one band in the 'C' area then you are not pregnant.

Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for taking future course of action depending on the test results.

Take Care!
