Brief Answer:
Good chances of conception.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

The endometrial thickness is optimal and shows that the estrogenic or proliferative phase is sufficient.
The presence of ruptured follicles in bilateral ovaries show that follicles have ruptured and ova are released in fallopian tube(s).
The fluid in POD (pouch of Douglas) is an indirect indication that ovulation has occurred.
After ovulation, fluid collects in the POD.

There is good possibility of conception.
If you have more queries, I will be glad to answer.

Brief Answer:
10-14 days after conception by UPT.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HCM,

The pregnancy can be confirmed as early as 10-14 days by urine pregnancy test after conception.
Considering conception took place on the day of ovulation, you can get urine pregnancy test (UPT) after 10 days and continue the test for a week.
Ovulation is sometimes associated with abdominal discomfort.
The discomfort is short lived and lasts only for few days, so nothing to worry.
The back ache could be associated with ovulation or separate entity.
A clinical correlation is required to know the cause of back ache.
Consult your primary health care provider to know the cause.

Thanks and take care
