Question: Hello doctor
I had sex with my gf and my semen fell on her vagina(outside)..still she took unwanted 72 after 18 hours and she didn't had nausea or vomiting.. is there any chances of pregnancy?

Unwanted 72 is 96% effective if taken within first 24 hours. There has to be a full penetration for conception. Just a drop of semen falling on the outside is not likely to cause pregnancy.
