My wife had undergone scanning on 21st day and doc said in next 36 hours egg will rupture.....sir y this much delay in this process......... We are having sex every day & please let me know what are the chances of conceiving?

On 21st day dominant follicles was 24*24 mm and I would also like to share that my wife has undergone Laproscopic ovarian drilling two months back for PCOS

sir,
her breast have become sore on 23rd day......that is just before a week of another cycle.........usually she would get this pain on 2 to 3 days before a period now its a week earlieer............is she getting pregnant sir?
