But am getting pain in left leg and hand also in fingers. Is this related to herpes or STD. Also pain in fingers. Plz help me doc

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing back to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist and venereologist). I have answered your previous query related to the same concern.

Genital herpes commonly presents with multiple, painful genital sores and burning sensation. Pain in genital herpes is localized to the site of genital lesions.
Pain in leg and hand is not at all a symptom of herpes.
Moreover, there is absolutely no way that a person could get herpes from touch or rubbing one's genitals. The only way one can acquire herpes is through sexual contact i.e either vaginal, anal or oral sex.
You should really discard this thought about contracting herpes through a massage.
In your case I suggest you to take symptomatic treatment for pain with oral antiinflammatory/painkiller i.e tablet ibuprofen, twice or thrice daily for 3 days. If your symptoms don't resolve or recur kindly review it with an orthopedician Or physiotherapist.

Brief Answer:
Not at all herpes

Detailed Answer:
Hi. Thank you. I have reviewed the Image. There is no evidence of herpes in this Image.
Slight irritation/ burning on tip, during and after passing urine can be due to concentrated urine.
Itching on testicles is unrelated to herpes. It could be a fungal infection. I suggest you to use Clotrin-B cream Or Candid- B cream, twice daily, at sites of itchy skin.
